Note: This photo was
taken from a scrapbook of pictures and articles relating to Salem and the
biennial reunions held there for several years. All the students listed
here certainly attended Salem but the building in the background is
definitely not the school building. I have no explanation for this
discrepancy. The 'rows' are poorly defined and the individuals may be
difficult to isolate. Madelyne Warnhoff probably added the notes in the top
and bottom margins. This 1914 class was honored at a 1971 Salem reunion and
one copy of the photograph was marked "honoree class."
